SEAT BELTS LOCKS UP, AND WHILE DRIVING THE BUCKLES WILL BECOME UNLATCHED. DEALER HAS REPLACED THE BUCKLES ON THE VAN. *AK
THERE ARE TWO POSITIONS WHEN OPENING THE REAR DOORS; THEY ARE 90 & 180 DEGREES. WHEN OPENING THE REAR DOORS AT 180 DEGREES THE DETENT IS NOT DEEP ENOUGH TO HOLD THE DOORS OPEN. SO, WHEN PARKING ON AN INCLINE OR WHEN THE WIND BLOWS, THE DOORS WILL SLAM SHUT. *AK

Consequence & remedy
Consequence: FUEL LEAKAGE IN THE PRESENCE OF AN IGNITION SOURCE COULD RESULT IN A FIRE.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSTALL A REVISED EVAPORATIVE EMISSION PIPE ASSEMBLY.
