DRIVER NOTICED THAT THE VEHICLE HESITATED AND SLOWED DOWN ON ITS OWN. TRANSMISSION LIGHT FLASHED ON THEN OFF. DRIVER PULLED OVER, AND THE VEHICLE STALLED.
