2011 FORD CHASSIS MOTOR HOME. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO SAFETY RECALL NOTICE 12V-035 (FORD RECALL NO. 12S27) *TGW THE CONSUMER MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE RECALL TO BE PERFORMED. HOWEVER, WHEN HE ARRIVED AT THE DEALER, THEY INFORMED HIM, THEY DIDN'T HAVE A LIFT FOR THE MOTOR HOME, AND THEY WOULDN'T GET REIMBURSED BY FORD.
