THE WHEELS ON THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SMOKE AND BECAME BRIGHT RED WHEN THE FAILURE OCCURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE THE BRAKES WERE CLEANED AND REPLACED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED NHTSA RECALL CAMPAIGN ID 09V204000 (SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC) AND WAS ADVISED BY THE MANUFACTURER THAT THE PARTS WERE ON BACKORDER.
