The vehicle exhibits severe manufacturing safety non-compliance within the primary electrical chassis and interior matrix, creating an active fire and life-safety hazard. Due to chronic, un-remediated pre-sale factory roof structural defects, catastrophic water intrusion entered the upper ceiling channels. This moisture traveled directly along the internal wire tracks that feed the ceiling lights, main appliances, and slide-room mechanisms. As a direct result, the vehicle suffers from frequent burning odors, recurring short circuits, localized electrical arcing near the structural frame, and melted/burned wiring components. A certified mobile RV technician has formally flagged the electrical system as an active fire risk. Because the vehicle has been repossessed and is currently stored in a commercial lot in Baytown, Texas, this severe, documented electrical arcing hazard presents an immediate threat of fire to the storage facility and any future consumers if the asset is liquidated at auction without total electrical remediation.

My wife and I were traveling from Wilson NC to Virginia Beach VA on Friday [XXX] for a vacation and we had 3 tires explode and do damage to fender on both sides of the unit and on the way home from Virginia Beach VA the 4th tire exploded ( Between all costs it has cost almost $1500 in service fees and replacement tires ( also the spare tire being the 5th tire) I have tried researching on NHTSA website and tried calling and was unable to speak with an agent regarding this incident ) --I look up recalls for the trailer itself and saw 1 for the black tank but none for the tires and I wanted to file a formal complaint against Palamino regarding the destructive nature of the tires installed on the unit at the time of manufacture. I experienced four blow outs on Castle Rock ST225/75R15 tires on five different outings with my travel trailer. Prior to every trip I check/adjust tire pressures according to the tire placard on the vehicle and torque all lug nuts to OE specs. On two occasions, the blow out occurred on Sundays and it was necessary to purchase tires in order to make the return trip home. My travel trailer has significant consequential damage due to the multiple blow outs. Lionshead tire will not reimburse me for tire replacements or consequential damages to travel trailer or wheel.
