TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 FOREST RIVER IMPRESSION FIFTH WHEEL. WHILE LOOKING AT THE TRAILER PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY FROM A DISTANCE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE AXLES WERE NOT ALIGNED CORRECTLY. THE TRAILER WAS TAKEN TO CURTIS TRAILERS (10177 SE POWELL BLVD, PORTLAND, OR 97266, (503) 760-1363) TO BE INSPECTED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE AXLE HANGERS WERE IMPROPERLY ALIGNED, WHICH CAUSED UNEVEN WEAR TO THE TIRES. THE CONTACT WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT WITHOUT CORRECTIVE MEASURES TAKEN THERE WAS THE POTENTIAL FOR A BLOWOUT OF THE TIRES AND POSSIBLE OTHER DAMAGES OR INJURIES. THE TRAILER WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS LESS THAN 1,000. *TR*JB
