I WAS INFORMED THERE WAS A TAKATA AIR BAG RECALL ON MY MOTOR HOME. I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF LOOKING TO TRADE IT IN ON A DIFFERENT MODEL BECAUSE THE LAYOUT PREVENTS MY WIFE FROM USING IT, BUT IN DOING SO I WAS INFORMED BY 2 DIFFERENT MOTORHOME DEALERS THAT THEY COULD NOT TAKE MY MOTORHOME ON TRADE BECAUSE OF THE RECALL. I CALLED MERCEDES BENZ CUSTOMER SERVICE (OR LACK OF) AND THEY INFORMED ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO AT THIS TIME TO ASSIST ME. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! THERE HAS BEEN NO DAMAGE OR ACCIDENTS BUT I AM STUCK WITH A VEHICLE THAT I NEED TO GET RID OF.
