Forest River Bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2026 Glaval Titan II, Primetime, Entourage, Concorde II, Commute, Forest River Bus Eldorado, Champion Bus, Starcraft Starlite, Allstar XL, Forest River Van, 2026-2027 Glaval Universal, Starcraft Allstar, Startrans Candidate II, 2025-2026 Mobility Trans Safetbus, and 2025-2027 Forest River Bus Senator II, equipped with certain QRT-3 wheelchair retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace retractors, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 25, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River Bus customer service at 1-620-888-3310. Forest River Bus's number for this recall is 05-2064.
Forest River Bus, LLC (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Starcraft Starlite, Allstar XL, Allstar, StarTrans Senator II, Mobility Trans Safetbus, Glaval Universal, Forest River Van, Elkhart Coach, Eldorado, Candidate II, 2025 StarTrans Senator II HD, Glaval Entourage, Champion Bus, and 2026 StarTrans P/S2 transit buses equipped with certain QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 9, 2025. Owners may contact Forest River Bus customer service at 1-800-348-7440. Forest River Buses number for this recall is 51-2001.
