41 reportsTORQUE CONVERTER PISTON FAILURE. TOURQUE CONVERTER AND PISTON REPLACED
TRANSMISSION SHUDDER AT SHIFT POINTS INTO THIRD AND OVERDRIVE WITH NORMAL ACCELERATION; ALSO, WITH AGGRESSIVE ACCELERATION, THE ENGINE TURNS 4,500 RPM BEFORE SHIFTING INTO SECOND.
TRANSMISSION TORQUE CONVERTER FAILED.
VEHICLE WOULD NOT START AFTER THE CONNECTION TO THE STARTER CAME APART. FLUID LEAKED FROM THE TRANSMISSION AFTER THE TORQUE CONVERTER WAS REPLACED.
TRANSMISSION/TORQUE CONVERTER FAILED.
TRANSMISSION IS SLUGGISH AND CONTINUOUSLY SHUDDERS. *AK
