THE VEHICLE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING INSPECTED BY THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED, BUT BECAUSE HE WAS THE SECOND OWNER THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY ASS…
