Now at 14k miles rear pads at 6mm thickness back wheels are always covered in brake dust. I was at dealer asked if there is anything they could do regarding initial build quality. Dealer said no there is no fault just poorly made pads. As a consumer ths is less then except able of a vehicle to almost need new rear brakes at 14k miles. Delaer should be replacing these pads on there behalf not the customer.

The missing bracket might cause the structural performance of the bed to fail. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the vehicle was not inspected or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact was advised to contact the NHTSA Hotline to report the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.

The contact owns a 2024 Ford Ranger. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the contact had trouble seeing out of the windshield and became aware that the front windshield was distorted. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where a warranty claim was submitted, and it was determined that the windshield needed to be replaced. The windshield was replaced but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to another local dealer, Gosch Ford Temecula-Service Dept (26895 Ynez Rd, Temecula, CA 92591); where it was determined that a windshield replacement was needed. The windshield was replaced; however, the failure persisted. The dealer checked other years, makes, and models, and became aware that the vehicles had the same distorted windshields. The manufacturer was contacted and referred the contact to the dealer for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 1,000.

The engine block heater may crack and develop a coolant leak, causing it to short circuit when the block heater is plugged in.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: An electrical short circuit can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Owners are advised not to plug in their block heater until the vehicle is remedied. Dealers will replace the block heater, free of charge. Owners will also have a alternative option to replace engine block heater element with a threaded blanking plug, and remove the block heater electrical cord.
