2-14-17 WITH MILEAGE AT 86,257 , STARTED NOTICING STEERING PROBLEMS. UPON MODERATE TO HARD ACCELERATION, CAR STEERS RIGHT BUT STEERING WHEEL MOVES LEFT. IT IS JUST THE OPPOSITE ON DECELERATION. SINCE THEN NUMEROUS STEERING AND SUSPENSION PARTS REPLACES, SOME MORE THAN ONCE BY OUR OWN MECHANICS AND LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP. NO IMPROVEMENT, IN FACT PROBLEM BECAME WORSE OVER TIME. 3-21-18, MILEAGE 112039, STILL HAVING SAME PROBLEM. BACK TO LOCAL FORD DEALER AGAIN MORE PARTS REPLACED, NO IMPROVEMENT. VEHICLE TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE FOR THIS ONGOING PROBLEM. CONTACTED FORD FLEET CUSTOMER CARE, CASE #14628299 ASSIGNED. SINCE CAR IS OVER 100,000 MILES, FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT WILLING TO DO ANYTHING BUT DOCUMENT PROBLEMS AS CAR IS OUT OF WARRANTY. DECIDED TO TAKE TO ANOTHER FORD DEALERSHIP NEARBY AT THE END OF MARCH 2018. MORE PARTS REPLACED, CAR SENT BACK TO US ON 6-1-18 BUT SERVICE MGR. AT THAT DEALERSHIP SAID THEY COULD NOT SAY IF CAR WAS SAFE TO DRIVE OR NOT. CAR STILL HAS STEERING PROBLEMS SO CAR TAKEN BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP. DURING THE MONTH OF JUNE 2018, DEALERSHIP HAS A FACTORY SERVICE ENGINEER WORK ON CAR TWICE AND TRIED TO CORRECT PROBLEM. CAR RETURNED TO US WITH SAME STEERING PROBLEM AND FORD DEALERSHIP SAID THAT THEY AND THE FACTORY SERVICE ENGINEER DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO TO CORRECT PROBLEM. *TR
