REAR CONTROL ARM THAT CONNECTS TO THE REAR AXLE ARE TEARING DISCONNECTED FROM THE BODY. DEALER NOT AWARE OF PROBLEM. PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION. *AK
WHEN DRIVING AT ANY SPEED WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING, VEHICLE IS SHUT DOWN. VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP 9 TIMES FOR REPAIRS, AND THE DEALER CAN'T DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. *AK

THE PROBLEM I HAVE WITH MY PASSANGER DOOR IS:I CANN'T UNLOCK IT FROM THE OUTSIDE,AND IF I LET THE WINDOW DOWN SO FAR THE DOOR WILL OPEN BY ITSELF IF IT IS NOT LOCKED.I DO THINK THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM,DEALING WITH THE DOOR,WINDOW,& LOCK. SEAT BELT ON DRIVER'S SIDE FAILED TO UNLATCH, CAUSING DRIVER TO FORCE HIS WAY THROUGH THE SEAT BELT TO GET OUT. DEALER NOTIFIED, AND INFORMED CONSUMER THAT VEHICLE PART WAS NOT UNDER ANY MANUFACTURER'S RECALL, AND REPAIRS WOULD BE AT CONSUMER'S EXPENSE. *AK
WHILE DRIVING AT 35 MPH SIDE SWIPED ANOTHER VEHICLE AND DRIVER'S SIDE AIR BAG DIDN'T DEPLOY. *AK

THE IGNITION SWITCH COULD EXPERIENCE AN INTERNAL SHORT CIRCUIT.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: THIS CONDITION COULD CAUSE OVERHEATING, SMOKE, AND POSSIBLY FIRE IN THE STEERING COLUMN AREA OF THE VEHICLE.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE IGNITION SWITCH.

THE FUEL RAIL THAT PROVIDES THE FUEL SUPPLY TO THE FUEL INJECTORS HAS AN IMPROPERLY FORMED TUBE WHICH HAS THE POTENTIAL TO FRACTURE, CAUSING FUEL TO LEAK.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: FUEL LEAKAGE IN THE PRESENCE OF AN IGNITION SOURCE CANRESULT IN A FIRE.
Remedy: THE ENGINE FUEL RAIL WILL BE REPLACED.
