FIRESTONE, STEELTEX R4S TIRES SIZE: LT 225/75R16, DOT: VD HAVE EXPERIENCED BLOWOUTS THREE TIMES IN 1999, FLEETWOOD, TIOGA 31W WHILE TRAVELING AT APPROXIMATELY 55 TO 65 MPH. FIRST TIRE WAS LEFT REAR INSIDE TIRE, SECOND WAS RIGHT REAR INSIDE TIRE, AND THIRD WAS RIGHT REAR INSIDE TIRE, WHICH CAUSED RIGHT REAR EXTERIOR TIRE TO BLOWOUT AS WELL, RESULTING IN DAMAGE.
