CONSUMER STATES THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 60 MPH ONE DRIVERS SIDE REAR TIRE BLEW OUT UNEXPECTEDLY. A YEAR LATER, TWO TIRES BLEW OUT ON THE PASSENGER'S SIDE, CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE MUD FLAP ON VEHICLE ON BOTH SIDES.
