TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1996 FORD LTD. THE CONTACT SMELLED AN ABNORMAL FUEL ODOR INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THEY STARTED THEIR ENGINE AND THE VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE. THE CONTACT EXTINGUISHED THE FIRE.
