2017 Ford Fusion

The contact owns a 2017 Ford Fusion. The contact stated that while in drive(D) or reverse(R), the vehicle would jerk with the transmission warning light illuminated. The contact also stated that while driving at highway speeds, the vehicle would decelerate upon the depression of the accelerator pedal. She was also notified that due to labor shortages, they would not be able to service the vehicle in a timely manner. The first time was on 10-22-2021 (28,559 Miles) the second time the above issued was experienced was on 11-03-2022 (32,721 miles) where that same parts had to be replaced, both the right and left front brake flex hoses.

Dealer charged $588.99 to repair a known Ford defective part that cost $3.68.
