HOWEVER, THE DEALER INFORMED HIM THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO THE WORK, BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT GET REIMBURSE. THE CONSUMER CALLED THE SERVICE…

HOWEVER, THE DEALER INFORMED HIM THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO THE WORK, BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT GET REIMBURSE. THE CONSUMER CALLED THE SERVICE CENTER BACK AND ADVISED THEM, HE WOULD LIKE TO SCHEDULE THE REPAIR WITH THEM. THE SERVICE CENTER INFORMED THE CONSUMER A FORM WOULD NEED TO BE FILLED OUT, BEFORE THEY COULD SCHEDULE THE WORK. AFTER RETURNING THE FORM ON MAY 21, 2012, THE CONSUMER HAS NOT HEARD BACK FROM THE SERVICE CENTER. *JB
