WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE AT 60 TO 65 MPH THE DASH CAME LOOSE THE RADIO SYSTEM TRIM BEZEL HIT DRIVER IN THE HEAD AND THE RADIO UNIT FELL INTO DASH AND STEERING MECHANISM AREA.
