The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who informed the contact that the VIN was not included in the NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V572000 (Back Over Prevention). The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 160,000.
