THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE DEALER REPLACED THE DAMAGED ABS WIRE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 22,500 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 23,800. DEEP GROOVES IN FRONT BRAKE ROTORS AFTER ONLY 2800 MILES . FORD REPLACED LEFT CALIP TURNED ROTORS ; DIDN'T REPLACE PADS. AFTER 5800 MI ROTORS AGAIN HAD DEEP GROOVES IN ROTORS. FORD HAS HAD TRUCK FOR 5 DAYS; UNABLE TO GET ROTORS IS THE EXCUSE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING. I HOPE THEY REPLACE BOTH ROTORS ,PAD AND THE RIGHT CALIP. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE IN FOR A SECOND OPINION AT ANOTHER DEALER AND WAS GIVEN THE SAME RESPONSE. THE CONTACT STATED WHEN THERE WAS SNOW OR ICE ON THE ROADS THE VEHICLE MADE A LOAD GRINDING NOISE AND THE VEHICLE BECAME DIFFICULT TO STOP. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,000.
