Ford has known that this was an issue for a while. **Please hold Ford accountable to make their customers WHOLE by fully reimbursing any customers who have had out of pocket expenses (whether completed at a Ford dealership or a mechanic of their choice) as a result of this issue (regardless of warranty status).

There were no warning or messages prior to the failure it just happened, I was driving and it happened almost causing an accident. The dealership confirmed that this was the problem that belt broke causing motor damage but the letter of the recall had not yet been received and I cannot pay for that repair.
