THE COVER OF THE METAL AIRBAG FLEW UP, STRKING HIM IN THE FACE AND CAUSING A 4INCH DEEP LARCERATION ON HIS FOREHEAD, REQUIRING STITCHES AND PLASTIC SURGERY. HE WAS WEARING HIS SEATBELT AT THE TIME.
