THE COMPONENTS IN QUESTION ARE THE FOUR CHAIN ATTACHING POINTS ON THE ELEVATOR PLATFORM TO THE COACH FRAME. THE FUNCTION OF THESE CHAINS IS TO RAISE AND LOWER THE ELEVATOR VIA A HYDRAULIC CYLINDER. COMPONENTS COULD EXPERIENCE PREMATURE FATIGUE FAILURE, IF NOT PROPERLY ADJUSTED AND MAINTAINED.
Consequence: Not supplied
Remedy: A NEW ATTACHING SYSTEM WITH HIGHER STRENGTH MATERIALS WILL BE INSTALLED WITHOUT CHARGE TO OWNER.
