MISWIRED GROUND FAULT INTERRUPTER (GFI) RECEPTACLE IN BATHROOM DOES NOT PROVIDE GROUND FAULT PROTECTION AT THAT RECEPTACLE.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: THE MISWIRED BATHROOM RECEPTACLE WOULD NOT PROTECT USERFROM AN ELECTRICAL SHOCK SITUATION THAT COULD BE AVOIDED BY A PROPERLY GROUNDEDGROUND FAULT RECEPTACLE.
Remedy: AUTHORIZED DEALERS WILL CORRECTLY REWIRE THE GROUND FAULT INTERRUPTER RECEPTACLE FOR PROPER FAULT PROTECTION.
