THE REFRIGERATOR HAS A CRACK IN THE BOILER TUBE AND IS LEAKING AMMONIA ONTO THE TOP OF THE HOT WATER HEATER. THE SMELL MAKES THE OCCUPANTS DIZZY. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT DUE TO COMPANY…

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1998 FLEETWOOD SAVANNA FIFTH WHEEL. THE VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH A DOMETIC REFRIGERATOR, MODEL NUMBER RM4872 (NA). THE REFRIGERATOR HAS A CRACK IN THE BOILER TUBE AND IS LEAKING AMMONIA ONTO THE TOP OF THE HOT WATER HEATER. THE SMELL MAKES THE OCCUPANTS DIZZY. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT DUE TO COMPANY REGULATIONS, THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST WITH A MODEL THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THEY ADVISED THE CONTACT TO CALL NHTSA.
