THE WINDSHIELD WIPER SYSTEM HARDWARE WAS INCORRECTLY MOUNTED, CAUSING WIPER BLADE OVERTRAVEL AND PREMATURE WEAR, AND IN EXTREME CASES, THE WIPER BLADES MAY FAIL TO CORRECTLY TRAVEL OVER THE WINDSHIELD.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: INSUFFICIENT WINDSHIELD WIPER PERFORMANCE REDUCESOPERATOR VISIBILITY IN INCLEMENT WEATHER AND COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
Remedy: MODIFY THE MOUNTING OF THE WINDSHIELD WIPER HARDWARE AND REPLACE THE PASSENGER SIDE PIVOT ARM.

Consequence & remedy
Consequence: THIS COULD RESULT IN THE DRIVER'S ATTENTION BEINGDIVERTED WHEN SELECTING CONTROLS WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy: INSTALL HEADLAMP SWITCH CONTROL IDENTIFIER EITHER ON OR ADJACENT TO THE SWITCH.
