DRIVERS SIDE SEAT BELT SHOULDER HARNESS RETAINING BOLT BECAME DETACHED FROM THE WALL ALLOWING THE SHOULDER HARNESS TO DROP TO THE FLOOR. THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED IN A REST AREA ON INTERSTATE 35 NORTH OF AUSTIN TEXAS. IT BECAME DETACHED AS I WAS PUTTING ON MY SEAT BELT. FROM WHAT I CAN TELL THE RETAINING BOLT WAS NOT TORQUED DOWN. I REINSTALLED THE BOLT BY HAND AS TIGHT AS I COULD GET IT. WHEN I RETURNED HOME THE DEALERSHIP PICKED UP THE MOTORHOME FOR ANOTHER SAFETY RELATED INCIDENT UNRELATED TO THE SEAT BELT. FLEETWOOD HAS AUTHORIZED TRANSPORT OF THE VEHICLE FROM THE DEALERSHIP IN GOSHEN INDIANA TO THEIR MANUFACTURING FACILITY IN DECATUR INDIANA FOR INSPECTION AND REPAIRS.
