DT*: THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FABFORM HD18-14K TRAILER, AND STATED UPON INSPECTION THERE HAD BEEN HOLES DRILLED IN THE AXLE TO ALLOW THE WIRES FOR THE ELECTRIC BRAKES TO CONNECT. THE HOLES ARE NOT PROTECTED WHICH COULD LEAD TO RUST AND THERE ARE NO GROMMETS TO PREVENT WEAR ON THE WIRES. THE MANUFACTURER HAVE NOT BEEN ALERTED. …
