26V360000 · Electrical System: Instrument Cluster/panel

Jun 3, 2026

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2026 Entegra Qwest and Jayco Melbourne Prestige recreational vehicles. The taillight warning light may incorrectly illuminate on the instrument panel display when the taillights are functioning correctly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 101, "Controls and Displays."

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: The incorrect warning light may fail to alert the driver to critical safety information or cause confusion, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the taillight harness, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 18, 2026. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903656.

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2025 Melbourne, 2026 Melbourne Prestige, and Entegra Qwest recreational vehicles. The Certification and Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity (OCCC) labels may list the incorrect Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR), Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR), and Gross Combination Weight Rating (GCWR). As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, “Wheels and Rims-Other Than Passenger Cars” and 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: Incorrect weight information may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Jayco will mail corrected labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 16, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903644.
