VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: LIMOUSINES BUILT BY EMPIRE COACH. SAFETY BELTS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED FOR REAR FACING SEATS.
Consequence: OCCUPANT OF THESE SEATS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO INCREASED INJURY IN EVENT OF A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT AND VEHICLES DO NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 208.
Remedy: INSTALL ADDITIONAL SAFETY BELTS.
