ON CERTAIN LIVE STOCK TRAILERS, THE ALUMINUM WHEEL DOES NOT ALLOW FOR ADEQUATE THREAD ENGAGEMENT AND COULD POSSIBLY COME OFF OF THE TRAILER.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: IMPROPER TORQUE AND LACK OF THREAD ENGAGEMENT COULD RESULT IN A CRASH.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE ALUMINUM WHEELS FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON APRIL 22, 2005. OWNERS MAY CONTACT ELITE TRAILER AT 405-745-5757.
