2024 East To West Tandara

I have a [XXX] . VIN is [XXX] but doesn’t pull anything up when searched. I tried calling to report my concern but I am now making another complaint as what the call taker typed, is not even close to what I reported. There was a missing weld in the aluminum framing which caused another weld to break causing the body to move independently from the frame causing it to literally start to fall apart. After “being repaired” by East to West, the body is still moving independently from the frame which can be seen where the bolts holding the body to the chassis are moving up and down. This movement of the bolts happens when going hitched and putting the landing gear up and down which means it’s also happening when driving down the road. The RV was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed a failure with the frame welding, resulting in damage to the frame. The RV was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and a case was opened. The failure mileage was unknown. The VIN was invalid.
