THE SERVICE MANAGER STATED THAT THERE WERE OIL RELATED FAILURES AND THAT THE OIL WAS NOT THE PROPER OIL HE SHOULD BE USING. THE MANAGER STATED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO TO CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 6,400.
