I have had four tires come apart since we purchased this RV. All four times it has been the right front tire. The RV is a double axle with the MORryde independent suspension. I had the tire come apart this past Sunday without warning forcing me to the side of the Freeway. The tire damaged the side of the camper. When taking the tire off I noticed the brake pad was not in its proper location, It was falling out of the caliper and the brake caliper was also extremely loose. I couldn't find any mobile service company on a Sunday evening, so, I had to remove the caliper, remove the brake pad and reinstall the caliper without the pad. The caliper clips were bent out of shape allowing the caliper to become loose. I had to straighten the clips with a hammer. I Installed the spare tire, turned off the trailer brakes and towed it back to our seasonal campground. Not the safest thing to do but I had no choice. The caliper clips were replaced in July of 2021 because at that time I had the caliper and rotor come loose putting us on the side of the road. Dexter axle sent me improved caliper clips stating that they were heat treated and the original clips were not. They paid a repair facility to install the improved parts. I reported that issue to you at that time and you required DRV to do a recall. I feel I have been extremely lucky that the front tire hasn't caused the rear tire come apart too, causing me to lose control. These issues caused us to be seasonal campers for the last two seasons reducing the number of times we tow it. We have only put 1500 miles on the camper since the first brake failure in July of 2021. I have monitored the tires temperature since our first tire failure. The right front tire is always 20-30 degrees hotter. I believe it is a brake/axle problem. DRV feels no responsibility as we are out of warranty. Copy and paste link for video [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

I heard a scraping noise coming from the passenger right front axle. I jacked up the camper and the right front wheel would spin forward but not backwards. It made a scraping or grinding noise when spinning the tire. We called a mobile technician and he first discovered that the caliper brackets were bent allowing the caliper to move around and had lightly scraped the inside of the aluminum wheel. Second thing the mobile technician discovered was the rotor was not bolted tight to the hub assembly. He found that several bolts were missing and the ones that were left were all loose. His comment was we would not have made it to our next destination. He said if we hadn't noticed this and the brake rotor came completely loose that the consequences would have been catastrophic. He used a thread chaser on the hub and installed new bolts.
