The contact owns a 2018 Diamond C Trailer. The contact stated while the trailer was parked, the trailer breakaway safety pin was pulled out and fractured however, the brake failed to respond and prevent the vehicle from moving. The contact stated as the brakes failed to respond, he checked the breakaway battery and noticed corrosion on the battery. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was not available.

THIS COMPANY DIAMOND CARGO TRAILERS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN THEY BUILD UNSAFE TRAILERS. THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO FIX IT. PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. THANK YOU
