HE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A LOCAL REPAIR SHOP TO HAVE THE FRAME WELDED AS A TEMPORARY REMEDY. SEVERAL DAYS LATER, THE FRAME FRACTURED AND THE VEHICLE WAS INOPERATIVE.
