TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 JAYCO MELBOURNE. THE ENTRANCE DOOR TO THE MOTORHOME WAS LOCKED BY THE LATCH, HOWEVER; THE DOOR OPENED WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH. THE DOOR JAMMED OCCASIONALLY AND A CROWBAR WAS USED TO OPEN IT. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF FAILURE OR A REMEDY. A SECOND DEALER ALSO STATED THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE AND THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE REENGINEERED. WHEN IT RAINS, THE ROOF LEAKED AND THE WATER CAUSED MOLD IN THE VEHICLE.
