TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHRYSLER SEBRING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT AND REAR TIRES WERE COMPLETELY FLAT. SHE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A LOCAL MECHANIC AND WAS INFORMED THAT SHE NEEDED NEW TIRES. THE CONTACT ALSO HEARD A SQUEAKING NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR BRAKES. SHE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS ON THE REAR BRAKES, BUT THE SQUEAKING NOISE RETURNED THE FOLLOWING DAY. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE BRAKES WERE SUPPOSED TO MAKE THE NOISE BECAUSE IT WAS A NEW VEHICLE. THE TIRE FAILURE RECURRED; THEREFORE, NEW TIRES WERE INSTALLED. THE CONTACT HEARD A GRINDING SOUND THE ENTIRE TIME SHE DROVE THE VEHICLE. THE BRAKES WERE REPLACED THREE TIMES AND THE TIRES WERE REPLACED TWICE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 46,000. UPDATED 09/15/08 *BF UPDATED 09/18/08. *JB
