THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR HAD NOT BEEN OPENED NOR HAD ANYTHING HIT THE WINDOW PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT. GLASS WAS BLOWN BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE; HOWEVER NO INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED. THE TEMPERATURE WAS IN THE LOW …
