NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT FILED A REPORT AND DIAGNOSED THAT THE SEAT HEATER IGNITED THE FIRE. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. …
