TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHRYSLER 300 AWD. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V313000 (AIR BAGS) AND WANTED TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIRS. THE CONTACT WAS REFERRED TO THE LOCAL AUTHORIZED DEALER. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, THE VEHICLE INTERMITTENTLY ACCELERATED WITHOUT DEPRESSING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 56,000.
