BRAKES FAILED AT A LOW RATE OF SPEED UNDER 10 MPH. BRAKE MALFUNCTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND BRAKE PEDAL BECAME HARD. BRAKES SUBSEQUENTLY FAILED, CAUSING VEHICLE TO NOT SLOW DOWN, CAUSING A CRASH. THEY'RE ARE RECALLS FOR THIS PERTICULAR VEHICLE YEAR MAKE AND MODEL IN REGARDS TO ALL OF THE CRITERIA THAT MEETS THE RECALL AND THE REASON FOR COMPLAINT. BRAKES ARE INTERMITTENTLY FAILING, BRAKE MALFUNCTION BLINKING ON AND OFF. CAR UNSAFE TO DRIVE. VOICE ACTIVATION ALERTED DRIVER TO BRAKE FAILURE SECONDS BEFORE BRAKES FAILED JUST SECONDS PRIOR TO IMPACT DUE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO STOP.
