VEHICLE SOLD TO CONSUMER WITH DEFECTIVE REAR END SUSPENSION WHICH FAILED SHORTLY AFTER PURCHASE (ATTORNEY FOR CONSUMER). MJS
DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 35- 40 MPH, PREPARING TO MAKE STANDARD STOP, APPLIED BRAKES ,DEFECT IN ABS CAUSED VEHICLE TO EXPERIENCE EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE. DEALER HAS REPLACED MASTER CYLINDER, BUT DEFECT IS STILL OCCURRING. *AK
INTERMITTENTLY WINDSHIELD WIPERS GIVING THE OWNER NO INDICATION. DEALER HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. *AK
WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 45 MPH , COMING TO A STOP THE ABS BRAKES RESISTED, CAUSING THE TRUCK TO COLLIDE. AFTER THE COLLISION, THE TRUCK ROLLED OVER.. THE BRAKE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR OF THE TRUCK. THE DEALER WILL BE CONTACTED BY THE OWNER'S ATTORNEY. *AK
ABS BRAKES WENT OUT ON VEHICLE AND THE RESULT WAS AN ACCIDENT. CAUSE IS UNKNOWN. PLEASE DESCRIBE. *AK
WHEN UNEXPECTEDLY, THE FRONT PASSENGER WHEEL CAME FLYING OFF, WITHOUT WARNING, FOUR OF THE STEEL PINS THAT THE TIRE IS MOUNTED ON THE HUB HAD SNAPPED.
