TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1998 PONTIAC TRANS SPORT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN MAKING A LEFT TURN THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN AND HE WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE TURN.
