TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1998 PONTIAC TRANS SPORT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN MAKING A LEFT TURN THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN AND HE WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE TURN. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO HIS HOME. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED BY A DEALER NOR WAS THE VEHICLE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED HIM THAT HIS…

THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO HIS HOME. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED BY A DEALER NOR WAS THE VEHICLE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED HIM THAT HIS VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 205,000.
