TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1997 CHEVROLET TRACKER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 30 MPH, ANOTHER VEHICLE RAN THE STOP SIGN AND REAR ENDED THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO FLIP THREE TIMES.
