THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 30 MPH, ANOTHER VEHICLE RAN THE STOP SIGN AND REAR ENDED THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO FLIP THREE TIMES.
