PURCHASED A SET OF 4 .FEDERAL COURAGIA MT 33/12.50/20 FROM SD WHEELCORP IN APRIL 2012. AFTER APPROX 16000 MILES 2 OF THE FOUR HAVE TREAD/BELT SEPARATION CREATING BUBBLES ON THE TIRES. THE TIRES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ROTATED AND CORRECT PRESSURE WAS MAINTAINED. THIS IS A DEFECTIVE AND POSSIBLY DEADLY TIRE AND SHOULD BE RECALLED. *JS
