THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE BEGAN TO LOSE TREAD, CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 125,000.
