CONSUMER NOTIFIED DEALER, AND WAS INFORMED THAT CONSUMER WOULD HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL MONEY TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. *AK
CONSUMER WAS DRIVING ABOUT 45 MPH WHEN HE WAS REAR ENDED BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. APPLIED BRAKES AND THE BRAKES WENT STRAIGHT TO THE FLOORBOARD. CONSUMER HIT THE CURB, AND THE VEHICLE CAME TO A STOP. DRIVER'S AIR BAG FAILED TO DEPLOY. CONTACTED THE DEALER FOR REPAIR SERVICE. *AK

WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED AND APPLYING THE BRAKES, THEY WENT TO THE FLOORBOARD AND VEHICLE KEPT GOING. THEN TRAVELING FOR A SHORT DISTANCE THE VEHICLE CAME TO A STOP. CONTACTED THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS, AND DEALER SAID THERE WASN'T ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. BUT CONSUMER STATED THAT DEALER TOOK THE VEHICLE IN FOR REPAIRS THREE TIMES BEORE, AND THE PROMBLEM STILL EXISTS.
CONSUMER EXPERIENCING PROBLEM WITH VEHICLE RIGHT FRONT TIRE WOULD RUB AGAINST THE INNER CONTROL ARM WHEN MAKING LEFT TURN ONLY; VEHICLE BEEN IN/OUT OF DEALER SHOP ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, AND PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. ABS MALFUNCTION.
WHILE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AND THE ENGINE RUNNING, FOUR YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS ABLE TO SWITCH THE GEAR WITHOUT APPLYING THE BRAKES. VEHICLE ROLLED OUT OF DRIVEWAY.
WHILE DRIVING AT ABOUT 25MPH VEHICLE SHUTDOWN, CAUSING THE DRIVER TO LOSE CONTROL AND THE BRAKES TO BE INOPERABLE. VEHICLE COLLIDED INTO A POLE. UPON IMPACT, THE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. *AK
