VEHICLE HEATING AND A/C QUIT WORKING. VEHICLE HAD A RECALL BACK IN 2014 WHERE HVAC MODULE WAS REPROGRAMMED. DURING THAT TIME NONE OF THE CONTROLS FOR HVAC SEEMED TO HAVE ANY POWER (NO LIGHTS). DURING CURRENT ISSUE ALL THE LIGHTS STILL LIGHT UP ON THE CONTROLS, BUT THE BLOWER MOTOR DOES NOT FUNCTION.
